    The Lumberton Township School District has an anticipated opening, effective September 1, 2021, for a District Media Specialist. The position will have a strong focus on digital learning as we seek to continue the district’s tradition of high student achievement. We are a high performing preschool to grade 8 district in beautiful, rural/suburban Burlington County with a dedicated staff, dynamic administrative team and supportive community. The position will serve multiple schools within the district.

    District Media Specialist (Full-Time – 10 Month)

    Requirements:

    • Valid New Jersey Educational Services Certificate and School Library Media Specialist
      Endorsement
    • Demonstrated ability related to multi-cultural collection development, information technology, research methodology and library program designs for children
    • Effective problem-solving skills, human relations and communication skills
    • Previous experience with restorative practices preferred
