PTA Holiday Drive

  • Dear Lumberton Families,

The annual PTA Holiday Drive to help our local, less fortunate families has begun!  his program provides coats, clothes, food, and gifts from each child’s specific wish list. In 2019, we were able to help 55 Lumberton children from 24 different families; this could not have been done without your continued support.  We recognize that you and your family may have been affected by our current financial climate, but any support, big or small, that you can provide is greatly appreciated.

All wish lists for your child’s classroom can be found at the following link:  https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1aSkwntOuuWvwW2QNibsTc8_aOtt0sRnT?usp=sharingAdditionally, the wish list flyers for each hybrid classroom are being sent home this week. This year, the wish list contains electronic donation information and a shipping address for ease of donation, especially for our remote families.

For additional information, or for other ways you can help, please email [email protected] or Lyndi Cole at [email protected]

The deadline for the donations is FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11TH.  Thanks in advance for helping to make the holidays so much brighter for these children!!

Lumberton PTA

  • Hello Lumberton Families!

We hope you all are doing well. Like many events this year, the PTA is facing some challenging decisions and trying our best to come up with safe activities and unique fundraisers so we can still keep our kids engaged. We wanted to share some updates and reminders with you:

Ladies Night Out that was originally scheduled in March of 2020 has been rescheduled to March 25, 2021. Tickets purchased in 2020 will be honored for 2021. Look for more info after the New Year.

TURKEY TROT FUN RUN to be announced soon.

8th Grade Dance Committee Chairs are needed for this year’s graduating 8th grade class.  If you are the parent of an 8th grader, please consider chairing this event.  Email Michele Pallante if interested - [email protected]

AES is looking for Yearbook Committee Chairs.  Email Michele Pallante for more info:  [email protected]

Clothing Donation Shed located in the LMS parking lot is temporarily closed. Please do not leave bags outside the shed, they will have to be thrown out per the company rules.

Thank you for your continued support for the PTA.  If you have not joined yet, you can do so here: https://www.lumbertonpta.org/  We will have room representative sign ups going out soon, in hopes that we are able to be back in the classroom one day.
