PTA – Volunteer, Reminders and Your Money at Work

Dear Lumberton Parents and Guardians,

It was wonderful seeing you at our “Family Friendly Halloween Themed Budget” meeting.  Thank you for attending and the kids had a wonderful time.

Please keep in mind all of these volunteer opportunities can be done in 1 hour increments.  You don’t have to volunteer for the entire event.  Once you sign up to volunteer the chair will send out a separate sign up genius or email with details and time slots for you to choose.  We hope to see your name on the list.

Holiday Basket Donations – Friday, December 1st
Setup collection boxes in schools, collect items and transport to FLW, and sort items and food for families.  Help out our local families and volunteer.

Holiday Store – Saturday, December 2nd
Setup the store the night before the event, cashiers, assist young shoppers and keep track of their purchases, and wrap the items bought.  The children love to shop and buy for their families.  Please help out at this event.  We are also looking for 8th grade and above to help shoppers and wrap gifts.  Please sign up and if you have a student that wants to help put in the notes.

Bake Sale – Saturday, December 2nd
Looking for baked goods to sell and also help sell the items.  Sign up here.

Princess and her FROG Dance – Saturday, February 24th
Help decorate the night before this fantastic event, serve food, check tickets at the door, and general help to keep the dance running smoothly.  This event is a sell out, so please get involved.

Skating Parties, flyer/permission slips will come home for this event.
