LTSD Superintendent Search Community Survey
Dear Lumberton School District parents, caretakers and community members,
The Lumberton School District Board of Education is embarking on the important task of selecting our next superintendent, and your valuable input is crucial to this process. We are committed to finding a leader who will best serve our students, families, and community.
To ensure we consider a wide range of perspectives, we invite you to participate in a brief and confidential survey regarding the qualities and experiences you believe are most important in our next superintendent. Your feedback will directly inform the Board's search criteria and decision-making.
The survey will be open until May 27, 2025, and can be accessed here or the link below. It should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
In addition to the survey, we will also be holding a focus group for parents and community members on May 20th at 6:30 p.m. in the PAC. This session will provide an opportunity for open discussion.
