American Education Week

Dear Lumberton Parents and Guardians,

American Education Week is November 18-22. As part of this celebration, we invite parents / guardians to visit our schools to view the great teaching and to see their children “in action.”

In order to make the visitation schedule more convenient for parents/guardians and consistent district-wide, visitation will be held as follows

Visitations will be held on Tuesday, November 19 and Wednesday, November 20 during American Education Week

All schools will have morning and afternoon visitation windows both days

The 11/19 and 11/20 schedule is as follows:

Florence L. Walther School
Kindergarten – 9:00-10:30 AM; 1:00-3:00 PM
1st Grade – 9:00-10:45 AM; 1:00-3:00 PM
2nd Grade – 9:00-10:30 AM; 1:45-3:00 PM

Bobby’s Run School
8:15-11:15 a.m. and 1:15-2:45 p.m.

Lumberton Middle School
8:05-10:35 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. -2:50 p.m. – 6th Grade
8:05-11:25 a.m. and 1:15-2:50 p.m. – 7th and 8th Grade

We look forward to seeing everyone on November 19 or November 20.

In addition, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held as follows:

11/21 (afternoon & evening): FLW conferences will be held from 1:30 – 7:30 p.m.; BRS & LMS conferences will be held from 1:00 – 7:00 p.m.

11/25 (evening): 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in all schools.

The conference reservation system will open in Genesis on Friday, November 1 at 4:00 p.m.. More information regarding conferences will be distributed on Wednesday, October 30th.
